Brant was established in December 2008 with seed financing from private individuals in association with regional and national (Netherlands) funding. The company has a semi-virtual model and adopts an Asset-Centric development approach. The core is the executive team working with 2 pivotal elements not normally found in such an organisation of our size: those of highly successful development engine and valuation expert groups. The key focus of our business lies between “peri-clinical” to clinical proof of concept.
Mission
To search, acquire, develop and license out projects of high potential value in areas directly matching key experience and success of the company and its above cited internal partners.
Recent market conditions have raised the bar for projects which approach the clinical phase for biotech and pharma companies . Brant seeks to be a part of the solution to these challenges and is actively seeking development projects in a number of therapeutic areas.
The objective is to execute deals which allow rapid increase in value which in turn rewards the inventor as well as Brant in a fair ratio. There are a variety of deal structures Brant is willing to undertake – resulting in the best win-win for it and its partners.
